That`s the title of lesson 3 and 4.In chapter 3,we learned about the requesting and explaining procedures to the patients.For example,could you stand up, please?The right way to explaining procedures such as i am just going to take some blood for testing.Then,we listened to the cd and filled the notes about the height,weight,pulse and others of Mark,the patient that suffering hypoglycemia.We also filled in the blanks in the dialogue between dr. Murray and Robert about Mark`s case.The last one in lesson 3 was presented summary of some cases using medical language.My group got case 1.Charmine Plantz who was sales manager had hyperthyroidism with symptom like insomnia and heat intolerance.She had enlarged thyroid,warm,smooth skin and hair loss.Proceed with lesson 4 ,we knew about some test like glucose tolerance test and urine ketone test.We filled in the blanks to make conversation between Dr Murray and Robert.Next, classified Mark`s treatment plan as either immediate ,ongoing or both actions.Some of the treatment were having annual eye check and monitor thyroid function.We also listened to cd and wrote down five points that Dr Murray told Mark and his mother.The last activity in the textbook was the role-play about explaining to the patient how to recognise and treat disease he suffering in non medical language.Miss Dila gave case 1 to boys and case 2 to girls.The role play will be on the next class.Thus,she asked us to planning and practising it.She left us with the task...
